No.. I got it now :) He's translating what Dr. Virapen says to German. That's why the video's cut here and there. :)

@potheadig I was wondering about the same thing, but I think the video is cut. I think he (the background guy) asks questions in German and Dr. Virapen answers and the questions have been cut out, but the way it's cut the guy appears quite strange... :D
