Weeding Taiama School Farm Rice field in Sierra Leone,West Africa

This rice field provides lunch for children studying at Taiama Village School. The school accommodates about half of the 800 school kids in the village - the original school was destroyed during the civil war. The Taiama School Project is a registered charity raising funds for rebuilding the school and providing school supplies. To date, the school is approximately 50% complete and active fundraising continues.
