  • 250x10 is just nuts.....afteer deads today i decidd to try some good mornings...iv nvr beeen good at them so went light....went up to 155x2 lol....gonna gt into them..next wk ill try 190x2.

    hardest part is th negative.

  • @rctriplefresh5 thanks man, yea my back was KILLED after this. imagine rack pulling 500X100, tahts how it felt. it was ridiculousy sore, i didnt know it was possible for a back to be that sore. and watching this again its funny cuz the 10th rep still looked easy. some days at that time i didnt wanna even go over 185, its all mentality and being "in the zone"

  • @rctriplefresh5 definitely depends how ur back feels that day too. Shitty days i didnt use over 135, decent days i used up to 200, and having the "ill take on the world" mentality ill go as high as i want without it bothering me

  • @PowerlifterTy16 LOL 500x100 lol. thts a smart idea doing them with a bench beow you in case yu fail(even though you didnt have a choice)

i hope i can get 225 on these soon!
