I just have to point out, with a bunch of old white people in a place that seems to be operated by young black people, while in SOUTH AFRICA, if the Alzheimer's patients who forget only new things but remember old things, couldn't they still believe that they're in the Apartheid era?

LMAO, they are making that poor woman look like a psycho!

@dani222606 that must be the most terrible thing to have to see. Damn Alzhiemers. You deserve a medal. I'm not kidding. I wouldn't be able to do what you do. You are strong. You have my condolences also. take care okay. Again I am so sorry.
-
@hippyable no, i was actually bed side when my grandmother passed from Alzheimers, she was living in the same house as me so i saw all the stages and how they work pretty much.
-
@dani222606 my father had alzheimers but that wasn't what killed him. it's scarey though. and you are right. they must lose the ability to swallow and breathe. Did you read about that?

@rocaho001 are you serious? My grandmother suffers from Alzheimer's and she does not by all means deserve to be "put down". and just so you know that term is not used for humans, its used for pets.

@TheFatGuy1231 no they dont, they loose their complete memory to talk, walk, use their hands, and in the late stages swallow and breath.

This would be scary. It can't be like that .. but at the same time it is.
It's one of those things that I'm sure you wouldn't be able to describe what it's like. I don't know of any patient who has described it in an insane amount of detail. Most people probably wouldn't want to talk about it. I like to know things in the most precise detail.
