  • Have you thought about the live coral and rocks going a little higher? At least for some of the coral's sake to get closer to the lights?

  • is the jebo 180 skimmer any good cause i just bought one and lots of people reckon it's crap have i made a mistake

  • just starting a 75g tank just trying to get as mush info as possible check my vids

  • very basic to say the least. Skimming is fine. all u need is water flow for good bio filtration. Come on fellas do you read at all?

  • amoazing potential when its got some more fish!!!

  • wow beautiful nice job, you could add some more fish though

  • that's frickin cool man, saw your ad on craigslist

  • thats some pretty impressive rock

  • @guinea81

A protein skimmer is only one component in a comprehensive filtration system. Skimming alone will PROBABLY not be enough.

Depending on your set-up you're still going to need some sort of biological filtration (live rock, media, etc).

PM me if you want some more in depth answers.

  • nothing would happen, i know people who just have just a skimmer, but i have one with a refugium in the sump wit it
