Im on DAY 26, its a recovery week and im starting to feel the same way... I need that PUMP from weights, im kinda losing my energy to push play!!! Mike and I are on the phone laughing at eachother, because he is feelin the same way...

I don't write down anything for core syn, I jus remember what I did, since we don't do it that often. I use my wksheets all the time. Yea, I hurt my back too, the yoga helps, today is my rest day but 'ma do yoga again.

That's what im going to try and start doing. Looking back, there are alot of moves that aren't max reps so there's really no need but I would always want to try and keep up with my push ups.
would any of the exercise effect my growing plates?

today is my yoga day - i am switching it out for kenpo x.. gonna do plyo twice this week. hate yoga
i dont write down any numbers..for any exercise. I've found that A) i remember most of my reps/weights B) pausing the DVD takes me out of my lifting 'rythym' and makes the pause between sets too long C) you feel stronger or weaker day-to-day..i just push play and go hard each time

I tired the memory approach, coudn't stay consistent. Im right there with you on the yoga.

I never write down anything for core synergistics and legs and back even thought i mean to everytime. I just wish that the would have made us paperwork for them.
Also I tweaked my back about a week and a half ago. Yoga helped but I am currently still suffering from it.

Luckily, my soreness wasn't long term. I'm going to watch out today doing chest and back. Those decline push ups are the perfect exercise to tweak it again if im not carefull and don't maintain good form.
I'll have to check but I remember seeing some place that had workout sheets that you can print off, maybe it was the beachbody website.
