Ok my friend you have no idea what your doing. 1.running the machine in the same spot for that long the product has long long disapated and you marring at that point. 2.You go all around side to side stay the direction of paint. when foam padding,wool pad yes because u follow up with foam. good grief.

Are you fucking kidding me!? Certain compunds such as Ferecla G3 do need water to work but 3M and other products have their own oils which keep the pad lubricated.
