FAKE. She did it for the insurance money but got busted. Lots of other videos on YouTube show her driving, walking normally, talking normally, etc. She also did a 20/20 interview where she admits that it's all her own doing (pt. 3 of the interview, it's also on YT).
Hell, even in THIS video you can see that she takes time OUT OF A SEIZURE to fix her hair!
