COMPLAINT

As-Salaamu Alaikum, I am writing to you to seek redress in a situation involving one of your members, Sheikh Ali Al-Aswad Est. for Trading and Contracting, Member No. 18703. Sheikh Ali was originally introduced to me by Mr. Malik Munir Ahmad and Hassan Ibrahim Khalifa (the employee of the Chambers of Commerce Jeddah) through your Chamber of Commerce as a respectable Saudi businessman, ready to do business. I proceeded with business talks and dealings based on my respect for the Chambers recommendation. I was disappointed, and deeply hurt, as you can see in You Tube under Ali Al-Aswad Trading & Contracting Est Jeddah part 3 the impression that he left in Australia. Your expeditious assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated, as I hold your Chamber with great respect with Sharea law and responsibility of your members.

I am requesting your kind attention to look at You Tube under Ali Al-Aswad Trading and Contracting Est. Jeddah KSA Part 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 (Letter of Demand).

Further I will forward for your kind attention the Arabic and English version of NCND signed by both parties in Jeddah KSA.

I hope to reach a satisfactory resolution quickly for the sake all concerned under the chambers of commerce advice and as per NCND signed by both parties, before the matter becomes an International incident, which could harm the relations according to international law based on ICC rules and regulations.
