  • Thanks for the vid and links man. Glad you liked it.

  • @ArcadEd You're quite welcome. The stick looks and plays like a dream!

  • @BustaUppa What were the parts you got on it? I really want one of these, but I've never even played on a stick before. Would you recommend one as a first stick?

  • @Ghoststalkerq IL convex buttons, Competition joystick. The stick is as authentic as you can get for MK since it's the type they used on American arcade cabinets. Many people prefer Japanese "ball top" sticks (which sit inside a square-shaped "gate"), but it all comes down to preference and I prefer to play using the style I grew up with. I went for Convex buttons over the original MK concave because convex ones are mechanically similar, but a bit more responsive.

  • @Ghoststalkerq I would recommend this as a first stick, in the sense that it may be the only stick you'll ever need. HOWEVER you should be really sure that you plan on sticking with it! It'd be a shame to invest in a beautiful AIAB stick only to end up going back to a pad a few months later. If your'e really not sure you might want to look for a discounted Tekken bundle or something like that; although that would just give you a taste of the japanese-style stick.

  • good shit man i like how it has ur name on the stick

  • @darknatas haha thanks, I figured I might as well go straight-up baller with it

  • Does it work well with both consoles? I heard from the Arcade In A Box interview video saying sticks for multiple consoles may have problems

  • sick!

  • You need a boxcutter Gabe hehe

  • @BustaUppa Wow thanks for such an informative response! I suppose it wouldnt hurt trying out some cheaper sticks first, but I'm positive I would prefer a stick over a pad and the only thing holding me back is price. These are so expensive!

  • Dang, I never realized FedEx added so much extra tape on the outside haha.
