A FAN TRAILER I made back in early June. For 6 months people have been debating whether this is real or not. I confessed to it being a fake on the superherohype boards ages ago back in the summer, but the debate continued, so I simply sat back and enjoyed the arguments and comments. I'm thrilled at all the attention and frenzy it created over the web and Batman fan community.

Recently, Warner Bros. removed my original 'bootleg' version of this trailer, which had over one million hits (!!!) I'm happy to see they still haven't removed this one from my account.

This version of the trailer is the original finished product before I re-filmed the 'bootleg' footage off my monitor.

Ultimately, this teaser was made simply to get people hyped for The Dark Knight. I like to think that I succeeded. To those who loved it, thanks for the kind words but sorry to disapoint.

For the record, I would like to state the following facts:

- This WAS shot in a bedroom. I had a day off from work, I was bored, I thought 'hey, let's make a batman teaser trailer.'

- The dialogue was taken from a quote I found online about laughing/laughter. I tweaked it a bit and recorded the dialogue myself.

- The laugh is MINE. It's not from Willow or any other film.

Ah, good times man. Good times. I remember when everyone thought this was real, wondering if thats how Heath's Joker would sound. Still amazes me to this very day. Brilliant job my friend. And that laugh at the end STILL gives me chills.
