what you do for PA frags do The mission innocent girl C in parum grm shop (talk to black counter lady) then do the quest u will get badges you take those badges to the guardian colony 5th floor and go to item exchange quest and pick gifts from beyond + then trade your silver/bronze badges for gold and then exchange your golds badges for PA frags. Then once you have enough PA frags you go to Moatoob and go to there guardian branch and talk to the first person then go to skill license

frags are gotten at S ranks and S2 you get 1 pa for s rank 2 pa for s2 rank or MAG which is delayed

I think it is worth it. It is great against mobs and bosses.

It is very awkward at first, but it gets better.
