growing flax seed

these little sprouts are 4 days old..delish!
if you go to an organic market you should be able to find flax in the bulk bins. you just soak them for 12 hour then take the gelatinous flax an water and pour it over the soil and set out to gather sun energy and in about 4-5 days ready to munch. :) enjoy

seems like a pain to harvest the seeds, seems like buying them in bulk at your local health food store might be a better option for some
