A collection of Matt Kemp 2011 Official Highlight Tape. All rights go to ESPN, FSN, KCAL 9, KABC, MLB, and Dodgers.com. After being one of the league leaders in home runs, stolen bases, RBI, and batting average, Kemp was voted as a starter for the National League squad in the 2011 Major League Baseball All-Star Game in Arizona. He also accepted an invitation to participate in the Home Run Derby on July 11 at the All-Star Game.[12] He only hit two home runs in the first round of the Home Run Derby, putting him in last place, and making him ineligible to participate in any further rounds. Afterward Kemp said, "That was tight. It was a great experience. I was really excited just to be a part of it. I wish I could have hit more home runs, but it was definitely harder than it looks on TV. I may have been a little amped up."

@BlackMomba24fly ken griffey (at this time) they are about the same power and speed wise but ken was a better defender. but idk matt kemp still has a while to go

@BlackMomba24fly Griffey was sick and all but he wasnt a 40/40/40 player... Kemp has the abilility/potential to be a 40/40/40 hitter. Idk thats just what i think
