  • Then wth i must to do, if i replied to them that i haven't done it,and said that they can check my pc for anything they think i done illegal, because i have done nothing to be afraid of it, and they told me that there no evidence that im not guilty.

  • @circulationds I replied because technically it is legal and i used a template letter of denial from beingthreatened.yolasite.com. ACS:Law will probably say it's not valid but that is simply not the case. Like i say NO ONE has ever been taken to court by ACS:Law as even if you are guilty they still haven't got sufficient evidence to prove that you personally infringed any copyright.

  • @MrNecropink just thgought i'd heard the last of it after 4 months mate now seems to me these blood suckers won't give up harrasing people on things they have not done, dunno if i will reply or leave it and dunno what to reply back with either, but not paying them for something i have not done and i cant be arsed with this anymore as the first letter nearly cost me my relationship, not fair ACS:LAW money grabbing swines that you are

  • @ikeano29 not sure what to do about replying mate as i have read on some forums that people have ignored there letters and they recieve letters from this law firm stating that they have not replied and court action will happen so bit stuck on what to do regarding this,

  • @circulationds personally i would just choose to ignore them full stop unless you want to have some fun with them of course.

  • @circulationds Me too i'm replying once more to say that their accusation of a template letter doesn't change the fact that it is still legally valid then i'm just ignoring them. Like i say they will never take it court as they will lose.

  • @ikeano29 i recieved a second letter today telling me my lod is not accepted as it was a template used from the internet, should i reply back to them with a 2nd lod

  • I got a letter accusing me of uploading porn which i didn't and i don't even like porn. These assholes are getting fuck all from me. There is no way they will take it to court because the "evidence" they have would never stand up. Basically NO-ONE has ever gone to court and lost against ACS:Law.

  • these daft cunt at acs law have,nt got a clue

they even sue someone who works in a church downloading a club song

Reading there leaked e-mail is good the one to is ex wife

  • I read about this in the paper, AC:S law sent one letter to a 80 year old man accusing him of downloading porn and techo music.

  • @ikeano29 it was evacuate the dancefloor lol, like i would listen to that song lol,but i went through utter hell with my partner for 3 weeks over this it put big strain on my relationship
