Film Description: Director Joe Johnston takes over the creative reins from Steven Spielberg for this third installment in the thriller franchise. Sam Neill returns as Dr. Alan Grant, a scientist who's tricked by wealthy couple Paul and Amanda Kirby (William H. Macy and Tea Leoni) into a fly-over of Isla Sorna. The object of their sightseeing tour is one of the Costa Rican islands populated by ferocious, genetically bred dinosaurs and the "site B" setting of Jurassic Park 2: The Lost World (1997). After their plane crash-lands, it's revealed that the Kirbys are actually seeking their teenage son, lost on the island after a paragliding accident. Trapped on Isla Sorna, Grant and his companions discover some painful truths the hard way. Among their discoveries: some of the scaly monsters possess more advanced communicative abilities than previously believed, the dreaded Tyrannosaurus Rex has a larger and more lethal competitor, and flying Pteranodons pose an even graver threat than some of their land-locked brethren. Jurassic Park III is the first in the series not to be based upon a novel by original author Michael Crichton.

Saying a Spinosaurus can kill a t-rex is like saying a gharial could kill a saltwater crocodile. C'mon hollywood -_-'

(Continued...) ... important artery would have been fatal, but would take a long time, Tyrannosaurus' neck made Spinosaurus' neck looked scrawny when they are compared, and Spinosaurus' bite-force, ehhhh.... was weaker than Gorgosaurus, an earlier Tyrannosaur, so Spinosaurus could get a limb torn off by Tyrannosaurus Rex, that would be much more fatal than falling down and taking a dirt-nap.

(Continued...) Imagine, Acrocanthosaurus at 39 feet long, yet it was what? 4 tonnes? Tyrannosaurus was more than twice the weight, it was 9 tonnes, and if Spinosaurus did hit Tyrannosaurus, it wouldn't slip and fall, only a Therizinosaurus could've caused a damage like that (10 foot arms and 3 feet claws, absolute awesome).

"Then it would finish it off by slicing Tyrannosaurus' throat right off."

Tyrannosaurus had a strong neck that makes up for its 6 tonne bite force, trying to get to an...

Spinosaurus couldn't see an attack from the front because it had no forward facing eyes, even it could attack Tyrannosaurus, it would have to constantly turn its head side to side. And attacking is hard to do too, it's elongated neck and head were in the way, so it was rather vulnerable when a Tyrannosaurus charges. Btw, you didn't show evidence of Spinosauurs being a fast and agile predator. An Acrocanthosaurus was almost the same size as Tyrannosaurus, but not as robust.

Hell, the anatomy they gave in the behind the scenes, implies that the T-Rex should have won.
