VW Treffen X 2008, Tuesday

85 MPH pass of the entire group, back to front while driving up Hwy 1 shortly after leaving Morro Bay.

If you look very carefully at about 15 seconds, you'll see the CHP parked on the opposite side of the freeway who did a quick U-turn. It took him a minute or two to catch up after I slowed down to rejoin the group, but he didn't have any trouble picking out my tiger-striped Thing. Ah well. He was at least nice enough to cite me for a speed low enough to qualify for traffic school.
