I love the Philippines. Plan to move there in a few years, The people are awesome, and the food is great, I love the sour Sinigang soup.

I got a kick out of when he said the Lechon skin is like candy. It is evil stuff; so bad for you and so damn good! My wife always tells me I shouldn't eat it, but neither of us can resist it.

@kensei010 Sorry to tell you I watched Anthony since he started his show he hated Tourist and Tourist spots he wants off the beaten path places and he even told us personally when we met him in Miami beach during a culinary convention.

Lechon from CEBU don't need any sauce it's been like that since way back even my Dad is now 70 and still saying all those imitators aling mila and ping ping sucks bc you taste the sauce not the real lechon your hiding the real taste of the pig.
