@SNS8R03 No, the City of London is the Westminster area and the Metropolitan is everywhere else in London. In my opinion it's the stupidest idea ever, as Westminster is only about 1 square mile in itself!

I left the UK in 1999. I miss the countryside, food and good traditional beers! But I do not miss the soaring crime rates. England is a changed country since I left in many ways, and you couldn't pay me to go back at the moment. But, if I did, I would seriously consider joining the police force and try to make a difference to the rising level of scum across the UK. Respect to the UK police for the job they do...they definitely deserve a much higher pay band!
