@JOFEALVI he probably doesnt know how to drive a stick. Burned his clutch and transmission out. Warranty doesnt cover people's lack of knowledge. I drive my r56 cooper s 6 speed hard everyday and 30.000 km later and still no problems.

@fabioddss I GOT A R53 MCS CHECKMATE EDITION WITH JCW KIT AND I GOT REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY PARTS FOR THE 3rd TIME THE CLUTCH AND FLYWHEEL.

My mini had a problem with 20.000 Km the guarantee did not cover the clutch change and the transmission. I've lost 4.000 USD to repair a new car. This is normal with minis.
