Sixth Annual Chocolate Festival (NC State Women's Center)

Have you ever dreamed of chocolate flowing freely from fountains or tables lined with samples of truffles, decadent chocolate cakes, or raspberry cream cradled by a shell of melt-in-your mouth milk chocolate?

Those dreams came true at the sixth annual NC State Women's Center Chocolate Festival, held Wednesday. Oct. 14, 2009 at Talley Student Center.

The Chocolate Festival wasnt just about chocolate, however it was also about breast cancer. Attendees were given information concerning the prevention, early detection, and treatment of breast cancer with the help of several Raleigh resources.

The event was a fund-raiser for the NC State Women's Center with a portion of the proceeds going to Breast Cancer Education and the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund ®.
