RoGBC - Green Building Training: Hadley Barrett, Oxford Management

Hadley's presentation for the Green Building Training organized by the Romania Green Building Council in October 2008 consisted of: defining sustainability, focus on the project lifecycle, making money from sustainability, conclusion pros and cons.

Hadley Barrett is founder and director of Oxford Management, an investment, development and management company focused on adding value to sustainable energy and property projects in Eastern Europe and Near Asia. Currently he has around 400m Euro under management and achieved an average cash-on-cash return of over 100% per annum in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
