How important are tiers in UMK3 and are there any chars that are banned? I mean, I guess some chars can kombo better than others and have cheap moves but are there ne that just can't be competitive? Take Scorpion and Cyborg-Smoke for example. Human Smoke is like a better version of both but could someone play with one of the other two, just cuz they like that char and still do well in tournies?

@Zekersaurusrex The higher tier characters are used more than most other characters in tournaments, just like any other game but there are no banned chars in umk3.
