  • Did he use a wah-wah pedal in that long intro?

    COOL!

  • Hello Maestro, lammersjohan just answered your question.

  • That´s high end banjo in the highest perfection, it´s banjo- art. Best Version J ever heard. The sound is marvellous and the technical ability of the players is really great.

  • Yes, it was a remarkable performance; glad I was there!!

  • Richard Sherwin Amaaaaaaaaaazing!

  • Great musicianship, thanks

  • The plectrumbanjo is a Bacon & Day Roy Smeck Stage Model #4.

Spats plays a Paramount tenor banjo. I can't exactly remember what type he plays. But he makes it sound fine!

  • What type of plectrum banjo is that?

  • Too self indulgent - where's the song? That intro took over 2 minutes.

  • Wonderful !! Thank you.

  • awesome!

  • Just fantastic. The solo at the beginning was great. Very authentic sound here, well done.

  • A wonderful example of the difference in sound and technique between tenor and plectrum banjo, especially when both are played so well and so musically in duet.

  • Wonderful music - and especially nice to hear the fantastic introduction ending with "My Sing Song Girl"! Thank you so much.
