Havin lived in both US and england, i can tell you UK is violent specially in areas like South London, Liverpool ect but like A LOT OF THINGS you just don't see it in US TV or News, there are Teenage gangs out in the UK with members as young as 11 yr old who are armed with knieves and guns and playground disputes which 10 yrs ago would have been setled with a fight are setled with knieves and guns. In places like Liverpool teens, sometime like Rhys Jones caught in cross fire are been murdered.
