Americans target 12 year olds? I was unaware that was policy!!! Yeah thats not policy when civilians are killed its usely because insurgents fight and hide in or around civilians houses and the us bombs that area. Those who intentionally kill innocent people like some,very few, american soldiers and the bulk of insurgents deserve death or life imprisonment.
