Dear ltnlng, Before referring the environment, consider the process presented: Coke and Natural Gas react together forming Ethylene gas, next Ethylene reacts with steam producing Ethanol. No emission of any kind. All the reactants are consumed producing Ethanol. This process is more economical than producing Gasoline from Petroleum. It did not find a market yet, as it is a new concept. Surely this process will be the most reliable source in the near future.
