you should OC your processor, 3.4ghz is acceptable, enough for gta4, 2.6 is way too low

Dual core E5300 is better E5400 for gaming?
Because, my E5400 overclocked 4.6ghz and my Hd5770 is lag in gta 4 in ultra very high xD

hmm..if you want to play GTA 4 try to buy faster than E5300. now I upgraded my 9500gt to HD5770 1gb ddr5 vapor-x. I can play battle field bad company 2 and crysis warhead in very high settings. but in GTA 4 in ultra high settings, its laggy, maybe because of my processor.

Video card: Geforce 9500gt
Processor: 3.6 Ghz single core
