I think people will start looking at me funny if I start doing the glute sqeezes on the bus "I will be like oh no no no don't worry i'm just doing my glute sqeeze exercise" *sigh of relief* "ooooh we were just about to ring an ambulance". XD

Obviously this is labeled "workout for beginners", so it's obviously for them. I'm a trainer with over 2000 hours and I know for a fact true beginners are in such a state of atrophy even something like two sets of 10 push ups can make them sore, especially middle aged women who haven't done anything in years. This is great for what it's labeled for. It was never designed to be hardcore, sheesh

@HardcoreWorkout I think it is great to start off if you have been sick for a while or for other reasons. You do need to start somewhere. Of course this is not some hard core work out session. I completely agree you need to work hard! But starting off where you can, and working yourself up is the healthier ulternative!

Two blondes had driven across the country to see Disney World in Florida.
As they approached it and got onto the final stretch of highway, they saw a sign saying "Disney World Left!"
After thinking for a minute, the driver blonde said "Oh well!" and started driving back home.
If you don't exercise at all, then it's better to do a little than nothing at all. But don't kid yourself in thinking you will change your body at all by following something as lame as this. The calories burned by a few minutes of very light exercise is utterly negligible. People need to accept a little hardwork to get results.
