  • @FoodnSport Man made huge advances in thought and reasoning when he started eating more animals and cooked foods. Meat, being a great source of energy, is generally recognized be anthropologists as one of the things that helped man make great advances when compared to the times when he was eating mainly lower quality foods. If I get drowsy after a meal high in carbs, well, that is a huge disruption to my life, lowers the overall quality.

  • @tickyul It will make someone sleepy, but it would be good for an endurance athlete?

Bear in mind that our similarities far outweigh our differences. The human diet reflects this truth. 80/10/10rv is, as stated, the species specific diet for humans.

Speaking of similarities, you say you have tried a 'similar' diet. I encourage you to experiment with the 80/10/10 Diet as it is outlined in the book.

Good luck to you on your journey to peak health.

  • hey hey! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin lost lots of weight with it.

  • @LordAngus1992 No, this diet may work for some people, no diet works for all people. I did a similar diet and was eating close to 3000 calories.....felt like crap. I don't do very good with lots of carbs in my diet, makes me groggy and sleepy. I think this diet may be best for endurance athletes, could not see someone who requires a lot of strength doing very good on this diet.

  • @landgabriel Yes because holocaust victims ate 3,000 calories a day.

  • @tickyul You did 80/10/10 incorrrectly. You didn't eat enough. Why didn't you eat more if you had extreme hunger? Are you anorexic? Don't blame the superior diet for your own failures.

  • @landgabriel Actually anyone who is not 80/10/10 has an eating disorder.

  • heck yes I'll be there!! :o Hugs Prakash!!

  • @pscucailin I agree. They look like holocaust victims.

  • I couldn't help but laugh at this video. That is not athleticism. That's a bunch of people with eating disorders flopping around on trampolines like fish.
