Wrong... they drop in Badlands, from Scalding whelps
and in duskwallow marsh..
and the price depends on the server :)

The Whelplings you can buy from an AH for about 3k or so or you can go ot outlands and kill enemies until you finally get one. Also the orb you get from doing the same thing.
