The demonstration was done by 6 year old Safiyya, who is the niece of Sheikh ul hadith Abu Nauman Abdur Raheem [who was also present during the filming of this video]. MASHALLAH, may Allah grant her success in this world and in the hereafter.

Some people use the hadith of the Prophet [pbuh] "Pray as you have seen me pray" falsely to proove the prayer of men and women are the same.
This is in actual a gross misinterpretation of the hadith because here the Prophet (Peace be upon him) was referring to men, If we do not accept this condition then Prophet (Peace be upon him) saying that "Pray as you have SEEN me praying" would become illogical because Prophet (Peace be upon him) was "SEEN" praying with turban, praying with his ankles exposed, leading men in prayer, Above all, regarding the hadith of "PRAY AS YOU HAVE SEEN ME PRAYING" none of the major commentators of Bukhari such as Imam Ibn Hajr al Asqalani (rah), Imam Badr ud-din Ayni (rah), Imam Ibn Bataal (rah) etc... have given this interpretation like Albani [ra] had given. Allah knows best.

  • In the Hanafi school the feet (for women) are not considered awrah and dont need to be covered. (Al Hidayah, I’ilaa Al Sunan)

In the Shafie, Hanbali and Maliki schools the feet (for women) are considered awrah and need to be covered. (Kitaab Al Fiqh Ala Madhahib Al Arba'a)

  • Much needed vid, May Allah swt put barakah in the hanafi fiqh channel, reward those behind it and protect it from those who try to discredit it. Also I am not sure how the whole process works but if you need financial support for the channel you could have a little donate link. ppl could donate £1 or whatever but like the the saying goes every little helps. Its just a suggestion you may already have that area covered. p.s she is sooo cute!

  • MAsha-Allah Brother! you have done a gr8 job by posting this video. It should have been done long before by someone....but its never too late...Insha-Allah this video would help many sisters, who stick by madhab and perform as they are taught and are critiscized by others on the matters of differences. They should also learn the references quoted here in order to respond and guide others. Barakallah feik.

  • @EatPrayLoveBelieve Its better to, but its not a must.

  • @AmyPie97 some scholars have said that the feet are awrah.. Allah knows best.. its always best to take extra precaution

    :) hope that helps

  • @alifbatah 1059 and counting!! subhannallah

  • I added this to my "how to pray" playlist on my channel

  • This is good. My wife always tells me how sisters who pray according to the Hanafi understanding of the Quran and Sunnah are always the object of harsh correction and objection by those who think they know better. Allahu musta'an
