  • @muzk360 How is that for getting it straight!! Listen to the music man!

  • Kashif's sound, whether he worked within the Mighty M Productions company or by himself, was characterized by a clever mix of the soul and R&B emphasizing much on slick guitar and synth grooves and a clear extension of the hypnotic SOLAR sound of Leon F. Sylvers III. In 82 he produced and wrote the smash hit "So fine" with Howard Johnsons, in 83 executive produced Kenny G:s album "G-force", wrote "Love come down"(1982), Evelyn King, all artist that Leon was working with at the time! (1984)

  • @jayamaw

    No, James is (I think)!

  • @RomeTRocK No that's incorrect! This was LEON,JAMES and FOSTER! No Kashif!. The Sylvers were great producers, they didn't need help from anyone!.................Get you facts straight!

  • @RomeTRocK No! that's incorrect! Leon, James and Foster produced this album! Kashif had nothing to do with this...at all! Know your music and get the facts! MUZK360!

  • is foster on lead on this one?

  • I still have this LP and I loved the hell out of this track !!!

  • @potrezaml I played with Oberheim DMX samples + effects the other day and got it to sound pretty close, so I'm thinking it's the DMX. The Simmons modules never had as 'full' of a sound as these (Simmons examples = Baltimora - Tarzan Boy, Laura Branigan - Self Control).
