The way you describe love is the way most people would descibe lust, or initial feelings of attraction. Love is something beautiful and profound; it's not uncertain.

The advice itself is good, but I disagree with your definition of love.

infatuation is the thrill of uncertainty, love happens after years of growing a bond of certainty. men ought to set some "nature" aside, and realize that they have the power to reason, start using a little bit of that with logic and ask themselves "why?" they feel/behave the way they do in relationships a bit more instead of the lame excuse of, "it's just the way men are", people should get to know themselves, a man should not get frightened by obscure feelings,figure yourself out .

I agree with @elliez23 uncertain is not love. I think you have the right idea, but uncertain is not a good word for love. Love is certain and secure. but someone drooling over you after on date is scary.
