主料:羊腩(带皮绵羊肉)辅料:冬菇、冬笋、马蹄、腐竹调料:盐、味精、蚝油、冰糖、白腐乳、红腐乳、芝麻酱、花生酱、柱侯酱、香料烹制方法: 1、将羊肉切块,过水加料酒焯烫几分钟捞出,冬菇、冬笋过开水焯烫备用; 2、坐锅点火倒油,取南乳、白腐乳、芝麻酱、花生酱、柱侯酱拌匀,下入炒锅中炒香,加入羊肉翻炒,烹料酒冲适量开水炖制半小时,开盖后加入马蹄、冬菇、冬笋、腐竹、桂皮、­陈皮、香叶、草果、白芷、大料、冰糖、盐、味精、蚝油,再炖半小时即可。特点:汤鲜味醇,营养丰富。
