  • 50 lbs in 45 days very happy and felt full...drank 60 oz of water daily

    keep a diary/ weighed daily..more veggies than fruit(no carrots(too much sugar)

    purple or green onions(less sugar) stay good in your head..thinking of what your gaining ..not "losing"like 1.good health 2better appearance 3 confidence 4 pride

    5 lengthing your life6 motovation for others that are struggling etc.
