Abydos - DVD trailer (featuring Vanden Plas)

This is the trailer of the Abydos DVD. Abydos is the rock opera written by Andy Kuntz, the singer of the German progressive metal band Vanden Plas. It features the whole band, Andy in the main role, and many other actors, dancers and musicians. The DVD was recorded live in Kaiserslautern in 2006, it features the whole 150-minute long show with 16:9 video and 5.1 surround audio. It can be bought from www.vandenplas-shop.com

Sorry I didn't approve the comments earlier, I'm a bit new to this!

The song at the end is called "Just like the wind". It's been written by the German band Snailshouse, who are friends with Andy Kuntz (he produced their album actually).

The musical contains all the songs from the Abydos album, a couple of VP songs, and that special song.

A new VP webshop will be set up soon to make the DVD available worldwide. For the moment I think it can be purchased online from Inside Out Europe.
