@supersmash43 i don't think so because Dinka do tend to be very elongated and his face is in proportion. I think he's just naturally freakishly tall.

@supersmash43 He seems like he does, but no reports ever said he did. I talked to a friend of a friend who is from Sudan, while he isn't quite past 6'7", he is also quite a lean guy.

Manute looks like he has Marfan's syndrome from his proportions; all arms and legs and as skinny as stick figure literally. But he's quite noble for having to donate all his wealth and hardily enjoying any of it. What a truely benevolent skinny man!

I think manute is the 1 of the greatest basketbll players ever not only because he got atleats 4 to 7 blocks a game the man gave up all his money to help his people out in africa.He cloudve just said "ah @*^& it".
But he didnt he dicide to helop his ppl out and stand strong for whats right
its sad that he had that terrible accident. The cab driver didnt deserve to die but it was a bad dicison for him to drink and drive he couldve killed manute!
