They should replace SEC head, Chris Cox, with whistle blower, Markopolos.

Get a load of this Chris Cox on his final day in the SEC sent a letter to congressman Ackerman saying that the uptick rule must be put in place immediately and an even more effective one than the original. and now Mary Shapiro who was saying that she was going to reinstate the rule is now doing nothing. it looks as if there is a group that is controling the SEC's decision.

cramer is spot on here. naked shorts and removal of uptick rule is bad shit. I hope cox was merely incompetent and not worse. shame on bush that cox is still here

Cramer is right...pray that Obama is smart enough to tar and feather Cox before SEC rules or lack thereof destroy our country. Cox is not just incompetent he is dangerous.
