Well obviously the soviet union planned a few months ago, and has built a rial way to carrying the military through the Georgian border.
However after long time the US can't or does not wanted to help and support Georgia and people, there is no choice left for the Georgians than to go back to the old ways, under the soviet umbrella to rid of these disastrous conditions.
