@TheChillFly Shaggy is Jamaican, not American so get it right! He is from Kingston Jamaica, he saids it in one of his interview and his biography states it also. He doesn't sound Jamaican like that anymore because he moved to America at an early age, and he went to school and grew up in America that's why he lose his Accent. Just look up his bio FOOL!! and see it states Shaggy is from Kingston Jamaica!!!!!!

@TheChillFly Shaggy is Jamaican, not American so get it right! Just because he sounds American doesn't mean nothing. He left Jamaica when he was 18 and moved to NewYork, and he went to school and grew up there; So ofcourse he's not going to sound Jamaican like that nomore. And that includes alot of Jamaicans and other foreigners that come to America at an early age. Shaggy is from Kington!!
