Are you sure? I believe the idea is that you fight the different twins, Andy and Randy, earlier. When you hear the hype about the twins in the high school, you're expected to think- 'oh those twins again, what's the big deal?' But then they surprise you by facing you off with the 'dragon' twins instead. That's why this song is used where it is in River City Ransom. :)

Oh, you're right! They changed the names. But they are referred to as the dragon twins. Andy and Randy = Billy and Jimmy, or a parody of them at least. :)

@mopbrothers Super Double Dragon was far superior... as much as i love the classic the fourth was a blending of new and old and still kept the awesome themes just updated... ahh the golden age of gaming...what a great time to be living...
