MAC Makeup - Dramatic Bright Blue Look

Hi Bellas,

I wanted to bring it back to old school Makeup By Ren Ren and do a vibrant, super bright blue look. I
hope you all enjoy!

2:36 Prime eyes with white base
3:04 Apply loose powder to catch fall out
3:35 Apply matte white e/s to inner 1/3 of eyelid
4:18 Place brown e/s above crease as transition color
5:14 Apply dark blue e/s to outer v
6:01 Blend dark blue e/s into the crease
6:12 Apply bright blue e/s on the middle of the lid
7:24 Touch up colors as necessary
8:13 Apply highlight color
8:32 Apply bright blue e/s to lower lashline
9:03 Clean up shape with a q-tip
10:13 Apply liquid eyeliner and wing it out
10:43 Apply black pencil to the waterline
11:00 Pop on some falsies
11:17 Touch up concealer
11:45 Apply bright pink blush
12:10 Apply shimmer to cheekbones
13:00 Apply nude lipstick and top with gloss
13:36 Set with fix plus
13:55 The final look!

neutral looks are a lot easier to do and also easy for most people to teach beginners but it takes someone daring and artistic like yourself to explore the brighter, more exotic colors.
