I cannot understand bicyclists who ride without at night. Whether or not you mandate this by law, it is really an issue of common sense.

Stupid laws. For riding on the road, good. For riding on the sidewalk at low speed, c'mon.

A legal road vehicle in this case a pushbike not needing lights before now, how stupid and dangerous.

NOONE on this chat speaks about (receiving) citing, for (lack of) "lighting."
This is where all of you enjoy playground biking.
As "bicyclists" can be legally harassed by cops to "follow the same laws as motor vehicles."

in Germany bikes have to have front and rear light driven by dynamo, lights working with battery only are not legal, but as you see the ones without any lights, your actually happy that there are lights at all, battery or dynamo driven ones
