  • lol you couldn't do 1 single rep by yourself. The rep you did try you completely failed on it. I hope you are not trying to bodybuilding, if you are, you are doing it wrong. I clicked on this video, because i saw it on nick wrights body building page.

    You need to drop the weight and stay in the 5-8 rep range, if you are bodybuilding. Make sure the weight is controlled to, you are not controlling the weight at all. Also i do bodybuilding 315lb bench,450lb deadlift, 375lb squat.

  • you're not hurting yourself, your introducing the weight to your chest and shoulders. Don't go higher until you can get 8-10 on these but GR8 JOB!!
