Fascination A&R department that failed to go ahead with the release of "Girl Overboard" as a single, have this time relegated the potential of another gem "Memory Of You" (a "trance" inspired dance track) to "B" side status over a much weaker track "Revolution In The Head", which actually made it onto the album.
"Memory of You" was on the "B" side of the 7" limited edition vinyl picture disc of "The Loving Kind", that was only available through the band's website, it was the commercially available CD single that contained the "Girls on 45 Vol.2 Megamix".
MEMORY OF YOU (Lyrics):
Verse 1:
Late at night I dream
I'm falling into love again
Twenty five electric angels
Are dancing in the rain
Verse 2:
Paradise with ice cream skies
Shine lasers in the night
When I wake the colour's faded
Back to black and white
Bridge A:
When I lost you in Japan
For a moment I was holding your hand
But you turned and ran away
Just in time to catch the last late night train
Chorus:
And I-ey-I-ey-I-ey-I-ey-I-ey wonder, do you ever wonder too?
'Cause I-ey-I-ey-I-ey-I-ey-I-ey hunger for the memory of you
And I-ey-I-ey-I-ey-I-ey-I-ey wonder, do you ever wonder too?
'Cause I-ey-I-ey-I-ey-I-ey-I-ey hunger for the memory of you
Verse 3:
I lie awake as day is dawning
Burning pink and white
Wondering if sheep count us when
They can't sleep at night
Bridge B:
Second hangover today
Surfing channels 'til I bleach out the pain
Static on the radio
Burn the toast and leave the tea to turn cold
(Repeat Chorus)
Instrumental Section . . .
(Repeat Chorus).

Nicola takes lead vocals (briefly) between 1.44 and 1.57, she sings all of verse 3:
"I lie awake as day is dawning
Burning pink and white
Wondering if sheep count us when
They can't sleep at night" . . then it is back to Kimberley on lead vocals for the rest of the song.

Between the 1950's into the 1980's, the only way to buy a chart "single" was on a black piece of plastic called a "record".
A record was two sided with an "A" side and a "B" side, the "A" side was the hit song from the charts, the "B" side would contain a bonus track "B" side, which would always be less commercial and more experimental than the "A" side.
The "B" side is the traditional way for Pop artists to release riskier songs that were less commercial. The term "B" side is still used.
