I always detested histology because it uses vague details such as color, hue shape to identify different cell types, and the prof and fellow student seems to be so confident when comes to identifying what seems to me an educated guess at best. I'm glad that you realize this and are able to say "I don't know" or "I can't be sure"

From Phils: Am not a medical professional but my son was recently diagnosed for Typhoid fever with complications of passing blood stool. The surgeon explained whats happening aided by sketches that made me understand whats going on inside. Your presentation however gave me a fuller idea of how the layers of the ileum looks like and appease my anxiety. I agree that you are really helping a lot of people by uploading these kind of presentations - medical students & ordinary people. Thank you.

Any Paneth cells visible? If so I'd like to go over location and staining methods! perhaps also showing mitotic or apoptotic cells? Thank you, this was very helpful!

Your contribution to education all over the world will be historically recognized. Every medical student in Sweden is more relaxed now when there vids are available. .

The difference between the duodenum, jujuneum, and ileum are that the Bruners Glands are in Duodenum, Peyers patches in the Ileum, and the jujuneum lacks both.. hope that helps differentiate the SI some!

Thank you thank you thank you! In my A&P 2 class we just get the slides and have to figure everything out. This is like anatomy for dummies the way you walk through the slides and explain everything. Awesome job!!!
