Four alums of The College at Brockport have gone on to succesful Hollywood careers. On April 8 they came back to share their stories with campus.
William Fichtner '78, Jesse Goins '74, Stu Krieger '73 and Paul Pape '74 all shared stories about their experiences as students at Brockport and as professionals in Hollywood. "You need to be proactive," said Krieger, a screenwriter best known for writing The Land Before Time and numerous other Disney Channel movies. "You need to do that and make things happen for yourself."
I attended this event and these guys were all great. I am, however, very, very shallow and I spent the entire time admiring how unbelievably long William Fichtner's legs are and a few other aspects of the gentleman's physique which sets an almost unmeetable standard for how guys in their 50s can actually look.
