Gamer Rants: Star Fox

It's short and sweet...well don't know about sweet...but it's short!

Going to experiment a bit by condensing our videos in hopes at putting out more at a faster rate.

Any way I could type a long paragraph on why we suck but hey you've heard it before.

I've never played the very first one, but my first one was StarFox64. After that, I played StarFox Adventures(I personally loved it) and StarFox Assault. I think Adventures and Assault are great in their own right. As for Krystal, I think she's a nice new addition for the StarFox series. But hey, that's fine if you don't like the newer ones(Assualt and Adventures) and Krystal.

Transformers 2 was pretty good and Starfox Adventures to me was Rare's last great game......besides kameo, but its your opinion.

Think you could have elaborated a bit more on why Adventures was a disappointment? Or more why the ground missions in Assault were bad? You can't just say something is bad without going into detail as to why. Example: You could have said that Adventures resembled more of a Zelda game than a Star Fox game.

I agree with KHJEDIMASTER about Assault BTW.

I personally find Assault to be extremely underrated. While there were many on foot missions, there was a good balance between on foot missions and Arwing missions. Hell, some missions included both, such as the Sargasso Base mission, and the Sauria mission. Assault also has the best story of the games, which no one seems to acknowledge. It gave the characters more of personalities, and it made the Star Wolf members much more interesting characters, rather than random adversaries like in 64.

I agree with you guys about Adventures. It wasn't a bad game necessarily, but very boring, and it was originally not supposed to be a Star Fox game. It was modified from a cancelled N64 game called Dinosaur Planet that Rare was making that would star Krystal fighting the forces of General Scales, which would have worked much better. They eventually cancelled it, and slapped Star Fox characters onto the game.

As much as I love the Star Fox series except Command, I seriously not liking this rant.
