  • there is no way a recording could do branca justice...it was meant to be performed and experienced live...so much of the acoustic phenomena can not be captured by recording and playback...sound took physical presence, it had being and form...things happened that only your mid could percieve in a live situation...still this is a good document of the piece.

  • The fact that many Musicians in a moment....In wide.

  • Interesting... "ethnic music".

  • i like this i would like to do a snake dance to this...beautiful:)

  • @JenirdeAbano he isnt realy minimal he is microtonal a composer named canfeild that sold records through the mail had a piece called maximalism steve reich and glass dont seem to like being called minimal they think they are playing ethnic music

reich did some drumming with tribes in africa and glass worked with ravi shankar

  • lov it

  • Absolutely astonishing "minimalism". Although Branca could be considered a minimalistic composer his music is filled with layers and complexities. I love it! Glenn Branca trumps Philip Glass in my book any day.

  • wow , long time not hearing , thank´s for remembering...
